Where do you ship your items to?

Alexa Philippines can ship anywhere in the country. 

How do you ship orders?

We ship orders in Metro Manila via Grab and Provincial via LBC.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary depending on the location of the customer in Metro Manila via Grab Express. While, shipping rate in Province vary of the weight of the order.

Why is the shipping fee in Metro Manila is free?

It's not actually free. The customer will shoulder the shipping fee when the order is delivered to them via Grab Express.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The shipment in Metro Manila will depend on the location. While, in Province it usually will take to 2-3 business days.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided via email and SMS once the order has been shipped.

Where do I send my proof of transfer/payment?

You may send us a screenshot or photo of your transfer or deposit slip to our Facebook or Instagram account.

RETURN POLICY

Can I return something?

All purchases through Alexa online store are final. All items has been inspected and went through quality control before it has been shipped. If the product has a manufactured defect upon receipt. Please email us at sales@alexaphilippines.com with a photo of the defect and your order number for approval.

If I want to return something, how long will it take to be processed?
All returns must be made within 15 days from purchase. Once we have received the returned item at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.

Do I have to pay shipping for my returned items?
Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us, unless item has a manufactured defect and approved for return.

Can I refund for the item I bought?

All items bought through alexaphilippines.com will not be refunded.
